We also accept appointments to prepare legally binding Access & Scaffold Licences for access over neighbouring land required outside the provisions of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
We accept appointments in relation to boundary disputes and run a Mediation service through our Property Mediator sister company.
All appointments under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 must be made in writing and must be legally valid. If you wish to appoint one of our Surveyors having discussed fee arrangements, please download, complete and return the relevant pro-formal Letter of Appointment contained on the pages for Building Owners and Adjoining Owners respectively. This will ensure our appointment is legally valid in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
